Model
How SANKORD makes money.
SANKORD earns from licences to use the program. The chart below shows how the licences and the cash of the project could develop, month by month, in three scenarios. It is a model of the licence business, not a promise of results.
Interactive model
The chart draws the licence model month by month, from October 2026 to September 2031. The cash line includes the project's financing of USD 800,000, which the model places in its first six months; it is an assumption of the model, not a promise. Choose a scenario or move the four knobs, and the lines change at once. Nothing has been sold yet, so these are a forecast and our estimate, not a statement of fact.
What each knob means
- Sales level. How many licences are sold, as a multiple of the base plan. 1.00 is the base plan: 437 licences in 2027. The pessimistic scenario is about two thirds of the 2027 plan; the optimistic one is 1.106.
- Growth after 2027. A multiple of the base plan's monthly growth of sales after 2027. At 0 sales do not grow after 2027.
- Cost per direct sale. What we spend on sales for each licence sold directly, at the reference volume: USD 1,240 in the base plan. It falls as licences are sold (the network effect, an assumption the knobs do not move).
- Integrators' share. The share of new buyers who come through integrators, as a multiple of the base path: 30 percent from April 2027, 50 percent in 2028, 60 percent in 2029 and 70 percent from 2030. Integrators install and support outside our payroll.
The three scenario buttons are three positions of the same knobs. The model's own results for them:
| Scenario | Licences in five years | Cash at the end, thousand USD | Lowest cash, thousand USD |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base | 12,193 | 27,844 | 106 |
| Optimistic | 13,496 | 31,386 | 106 |
| Pessimistic | 1,681 | 1,511 | 46 |
Everything else stays at the base model's values: the store and the cashback, how buyers pay by instalments, the network-effect curve and the integrators' rate.
